Subject	Heads ticking again and much worse now

Message	A few months ago my z had a ticking noise coming from the right cylinder head every once in a while and seemed to sound like only one lifter. I changed the oil to a thicker 15-40 with a quart of lucas oil stabilizer and it went away. Now my Z ticks VERY loudy all of a sudden and it seems to be coming from all of the lifters in the right cyl head. could it be oil starvation or do my heads need a rebuild? They only have 68k on them (original).
